Live on TestFlight · The Lawrenceville School
LoopVille
Your schedule, campus map, and what’s happening, in one loop.
A campus utility that answers one question: what’s the move before my next commitment? Built for real free blocks between real classes.

Today
A schedule-aware day assistant: whether you're in class, free, or heading somewhere, how long until the next commitment, and where it is.
Pulse
A campus-bounded map with curated places, custom pins by category, and a live sense of where friends and events actually are.
Tap-ins & posts
Lightweight presence that expires (90 minutes manual, auto via schedule) and real-name place posts that vanish after four hours. No feeds that outlive the moment.
Built for one campus, on purpose
LoopVille only works because it knows Lawrenceville: the schedule structure, the buildings, the eighteen houses (each with its own avatar color), the difference between boarders and day students. Generic campus apps flatten all of that; this one is shaped around it. House tap-ins exclude day students by design, class tap-ins resolve to buildings, and the map is campus-bounded rather than a consumer map with pins on it.
The reference bar was Apple Calendar and Weather, not student-app clip art: a 27-component design system, Fraunces and Inter, warm paper surfaces, one gold accent, and no dark mode. Restraint is the feature; the app is something you check for eight seconds between commitments.
Shipping to people who see you at lunch
Distribution is TestFlight with an approval gate: anyone can install, but accounts sit pending until approved, and lawrenceville.org emails approve automatically. Push notifications respect a server-enforced “quiet during class” window computed from each student’s actual schedule.
Real users changed the roadmap within days. The current build stream is cohort feedback plus recurring all-school events for the fall. What broke in the first builds, and what the fixes were, is in the build log below.
